We advise all clients to speak with us by email or telephone communication before making an online payment. We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic.
By accepting below terms that you are agreed to carry on your driving lessons.
Note 1: For any advance appointment that student have been booked in, if student is absent or miss their lesson without emergency , student will be charged , In emergency situation lesson can be reschedule.
Note 2: Bulk booking and any Schedule payment is not refundable.
Note 3: Any advance appointments can be changed by admin if it is not suitable to carry out scheduled training, in that case, Lesson will be rescheduled.
Note 4: Reschedule is given only, if the student informs one week earlier of their original schedule, and new schedule has to be scheduled within the following 2 weeks of original schedule.
Otherwise, Student will loose their schedule and will be charged.
Note 5: Any schedule day if student forget his/her lesson and can not be contacted , Instructor will wait for student 15 minutes and during waiting period , instructor will contact student via call or text to let them know that he/she (instructor) is there. If instructor failed to reach student, then after 15 minutes Instructor will no longer wait , will leave and student will be charged for that lesson.
Note 6: Any health issue (emergency refer note 2) where student can not take his/her lesson, must provide sufficient documents to reschedule , without evidence student will be charged for lessons.
Note 7: If student booked lessons but planning to take practical test early date, with or without consultation of their instructor, student will be charged for all other lessons if schedules are not able to rescheduled.
Note 8: If student is not test ready, Instructor will not bring them to test, no matter how many hours student had completed. Simply, a student has to show safe driving capability and full control of their driving to carry on test.
Note 9: if any fees payment agreement confirmed between student and School , payment needs to pay in full on time as students already booked those slots and these slots can not be given to others.
Note 10: If School Staff/Coach/Instructor face any unacceptable behaviour or any threaten attitude from students, Instructor can able to terminate students lesson immediately and any future lesson also will be terminated, student will be fully charged for these booked lessons, as these slots already booked and can not be given to others.
Note 11: Any student book the test with agreed of instructor but can not able to do training before test that instructor advised , In that situation Instructor can refuse student to bring to their test.
Note 12: After passing students practical test , students photo will be taken with Test Car and 15/20 secs video of student will be taken, which will help us to promote our School.
